Therapeutic Yoga

Yoga can be used therapeutically to help physical and emotional issues. For instance, insomnia and poor quality sleep can be helped through the practice of restorative yoga, relaxation and meditation.

Training

I am trained in the ‘Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs’ programme, a 12 week course designed by Alison Trewhela, funded by Arthritis Research UK, which was proven effective for chronic low back pain by The University of York.
