Yoga at Work
We are often so busy that we feel we don't have time to attend a yoga class at the weekend or in the evening. Yoga classes in your work place are tailored to suit your working day. Sessions can be arranged before or after work, or even during lunch hours.
Many lost work days are due to stress, headaches, back pain and bad posture, so yoga is a great way for companies to invest in their staff, on both a physical and mental level.
Classes can be paid for by the company, subsidised or paid directly by the participants. Little involvement is required by the company other than a space to run the class.
