Liz Eley
My yoga journey started in 1992 and my love of this transformative science led me to train as a teacher and qualify in 2007.
I teach a slow, deep dynamic form of yoga, with attention to detail and alignment to create an environment of balance within the body. I always work to cultivate an awareness of the breath whether I am teaching a strong flowing practice, or a more restorative replenishing class. I believe that a truly rounded yoga practice should meet the physical, emotional and energetic needs of the student.
I have worked with an array of wonderful teachers and I am particularly grateful to
Anna Ashby for teaching me the principles of good alignment and my current teacher
Rod Stryker www.parayoga.com, for truly linking me to the power, spirit and tradition
of yoga.
