Gentle Yoga and Yoga Nidra
This class is suitable for all levels including beginners and those who prefer a slow relaxed start to their day.
Tuesdays 12 to 1pm
Lunchtime Flow
Some experience necessary, an ideal lunchtime break, to move body and breath.
Tuesdays 7 to 8:15pm
Flow and Restore
A varied class suitable for all levels (some experience helpful but not essential)
